1Start hereWhat you need

Your sauna comes in panels. All the hardware is in the boxes. You need at least 2 people. Don't try it alone.

2Before you start4 quick checks
✓
All 4 boxes here? Keep them until you've checked everything.
✓
Open them face-up. There is glass inside. Small parts are under the dust cover.
✓
Pick your spot. Dry and level. No water or anything that can burn close by.
✓
Check your power. 1 and 2-Person: a regular 110V outlet. 3-Person: a dedicated 20A circuit is best. Use a grounded outlet with nothing else plugged in.

4Build itLock the panels, floor to roof
How the panels lock
✓
Inner locks. Lift the panel with the male locks a few inches. Push it against the other panel, pressing at the top and bottom corners, then slide it down to lock. Check every lock is connected, top and bottom, and the panel tops are flat and matching.
✓
Latches. Two brackets lock together. Pass the main loop over the opposite side and close the latch.
1. Floor panel
  1. Set the floor panel flat where you want the sauna. Leave room around the side walls for one person to stand. You can slide the sauna next to a wall once it's complete.
  2. The "rear" mark points to the back of the sauna.
2. Rear and left panels
  1. Place the rear panel on the back end of the floor panel. One person holds it while the other screws it to the floor panel.
  2. Install the left panel, the one with the "Up" mark, and lock it to the rear panel. The tops of both panels should be flat and level.
3. Right panel
  1. Install the right panel and lock it. The tops of all the panels should be flat and level.
  2. Screw the right and left panels tightly to the floor panel before the next step.
4. Bench
  1. Slide the bench stand panel between the two vertical guides on the side panels.
  2. Connect the heater plugs under the bench to their sockets. They're labeled by letter, so plug A goes into socket A.
  3. Set the bench top on the bench stand and the guide on the rear panel, smooth finished side up and forward.
5. Door handle and front panel
  1. Install the door handle now, before the front glass door goes on.
  2. Connect the front panel to both side panels and lock it. Line up the corners and edges first.
  3. The front panel is heavy because of the glass. Lift it with at least two people.
  4. One person can stand inside to line up the edges and press the top and bottom corners so the locks connect.
6. Top panel and wiring
  1. Raise the top panel over the sauna. Feed the wires for the control panel, temperature sensor and heaters through the openings in the ceiling.
  2. On top, connect the control panel wire (white ribbon) and the heat sensor (2-pin wire).
  3. Plug the heaters into the control box. Any socket works, even if the plugs are labeled.
  4. Set the dust cover over the roof and pass the main power plug through its opening. Match the vent holes on the cover to the sauna's vent holes.
7. Accessories
✓
Oxygen ionizer. Find the 1-pin plug coming out of the ceiling. Connect the ionizer and screw it to the back panel. Select "Ion" before and during a session, and "O3" after.
✓
Color lights (some models). These work by remote only. Press a color to turn them on, Cycle (lower right button) to move through the colors, and Power to turn them off.
5Use itFirst session and the buttons
Your first session
  1. Let it warm up 15-20 minutes, to about 110°F, before you get in. Closing the ceiling vent speeds this up.
  2. Most customers settle around 125°F.
  3. Step in when it's within 10 degrees of your set temperature to get the most from the infrared heaters.
The buttons
  1. Power turns the sauna on and off.
  2. Timer + / − sets the session timer. It counts down and shuts the heaters off at 00. The same buttons change the volume while music or radio is playing.
  3. Temperature + / − sets your target. The heaters turn off once it's reached, then cycle to hold it. These double as song select in music mode.
  4. °F / °C: press and hold both Temperature buttons to switch.
  5. Set switches between FM radio and MP3 (USB) audio.
  6. Lamp turns the inside and outside lights on or off. While music plays it doubles as pause.
  7. USB port: plug in a USB stick and your music plays automatically. Bluetooth also connects for phone audio, and its light shows when connected.
Two things worth knowing
  1. Continuous mode: press and hold Timer + and − together until the display shows "--". The sauna runs with no time limit, so still keep your own sessions under 40 minutes.
  2. Heat Light: it's on while the heaters are working and goes off when your set temperature is reached. That's normal cycling, not a fault.
6Safe use + healthRead this before your first session
✓
Under 40 minutes. Keep sessions under 40 minutes, and drink plenty of water before and after.
✓
Keep it dry. Never splash water on the heaters or bring wet towels inside. This is a dry infrared sauna, not a steam room.
✓
Too hot? Turn the temperature down or shut it off right away.
✓
When not to use it. If you're pregnant, have a fever, or tend to bleed easily. Check with your doctor first if you have a heart condition, take prescription medication, or before children or elderly family members use it.
✓
No locks, no alcohol. Never install a lock on the sauna, and don't use it after drinking alcohol.
Health information from the manual
  1. Prescription medications: diuretics, barbiturates, beta-blockers and some antihistamines can affect how your body handles heat. Check with your doctor or pharmacist.
  2. Children and elderly family members: body temperature control is weaker at both ends of life. Ask a doctor before use and supervise sessions.
  3. Heart or blood pressure conditions: long heat raises your heart rate. Use extreme caution.
  4. Do not use at all with a fever, insensitivity to heat, a tendency to bleed easily, or conditions that reduce your ability to sweat (such as Parkinson's, MS, or diabetes with neuropathy).
7Quick fixesIf something isn't right
Won't power on
  1. Check the power cord is seated firmly in the wall socket and the control box, on top of the sauna.
  2. Check your breaker hasn't tripped, and test the outlet with another device.
  3. Check the control panel's white ribbon wire is connected.
All heaters not working
  1. Check each heater plug is connected at the control box on top.
  2. Make sure the sauna is on the right power supply: its own outlet, no extension cords.
  3. Check the heat sensor connection.
One or a few heaters not working
  1. Reseat that heater's plug at the control box. Bench heaters connect underneath the bench.
  2. The floor and under-bench heaters are not as hot as the others. That's by design.
The display looks odd
  1. Temperature reads over 150 or 230: check the heat sensor is connected.
  2. Timer shows "--": it's in continuous mode. Press a Timer button to go back to timed mode.
Lights
  1. Main light not working: the bulb is replaceable.
  2. Color light not responding: check the remote's battery, and point it directly at the small rounded receiver next to the color lights.
