We understand that sometimes life and situations change. If you change your mind or are not entirely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange of your product(s).

• Standard Shipping - 8 to 14 business days

• Express Shipping - 5 to 8 business days

United States

• Standard Shipping - 11 to 16 business days

• Express Shipping - 8 to 12 business days

Shipping Costs:
Standard shipping:

• Orders under $850 shipping cost will be $50.

• Orders over $850 qualifies for FREE shipping!

Express shipping:

• Orders under $850 shipping cost will be $95.

• Orders over $850 shipping cost will be $65.

Orders to the US will be calculated at checkout.

As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email titled "Your order is on the way". You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email. If you haven't received an email yet, not to worry! We're working on getting this to you ASAP.

Yes, it is our primary goal to ensure your furniture arrives safely and promptly. If your order arrives damaged, or has defects, please be assured that we will do everything possible to resolve your claim quickly and efficiently.

If you see damages to the boxes or product, it MUST be noted on the delivery receipt or handheld device. If the driver has a handheld device, you can write DAMAGED on the delivery receipt.

What do I do when my order has visible damages?
• Make sure you note all the damages on the delivery receipt.
• Open up the boxes within 5 business days of delivery and make sure all the pieces are intact. If there are damages, you need to email us pictures within 5 business days of delivery showing the damages.
• We will confirm receipt of the pictures as soon as possible.

Failure to inform us of problems with your order within 5 business days will result in your claim being denied. If a claim is denied, any costs for repairs or replacement parts will be paid for by the customer.

Yes. Standard orders may be cancelled or changed at any time prior to shipping with no charge.

Please be aware in some cases your order may have already shipped and we have not been notified yet. Any standard orders that have already shipped will be considered a return and subject to return shipping costs. If you do wish to cancel or change your order we must be advised in contact us as soon as possible.
