How long does it take to heat up?
It heats up fast. You’ll feel warmth within a few minutes, and in most homes it reaches your set (or even max) temperature in about 15–20 minutes. If the room is very cold, give it a few extra minutes. You can adjust the temperature at any time, the heaters respond quickly and the sauna will hold the new setting automatically.
Do you have to assemble the sauna?
Yes, it requires assembly — but we've made it very easy to do so. It takes under 10 minutes, and we include both a step-by-step video and paper guide to walk you through it!
How fast is shipping?
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery across Canada averages 4–10 business days, while express options are about 3–6. Tracking is emailed within 1–3 days of placing your order.
How much electricity does it use?
Not much. Think similar to a refrigerator or washing machine—it only draws power while in use, and once it’s warm it cycles on and off to maintain temperature.
Does it work on a standard outlet?
The one-person model plugs into any normal 110–120V household outlet. The two-person model can run on 120V if the circuit is dedicated and nothing else is plugged in, but for two- and three-person saunas we recommend 220V for the best performance and faster heat-up.
