Is Forward Furniture legit?
Yes. We are a Canadian furniture company that opened in Kelowna in 2019. Today you can walk into our showrooms in Kelowna and Calgary, or our independently owned franchise store in Edmonton, and sit on the same furniture we sell online.
We deliver across Canada and we stand behind every order. If something goes wrong, you reach a real person who can fix it.

A great addition to our rec room for additional sleeping arrangements. Beautiful wood, a great looking piece of furniture. It took several hours for my husband to put it together on his own as it comes all in pieces, but the instructions need to be followed carefully. ... Once assembled it opens up quickly for a decent queen bed.
Purchased the Olivia cabinet bed in Cherry. Got it assembled and it looks great. All ready for guests arriving soon. Forward Furniture kept us updated throughout as we had to wait a few extra weeks for the cherry cabinet. Glad we did. Thank you!

Good to know: the Olivia arrives in pieces and takes a few hours to assemble, as these buyers say. Once it is together, it opens into a bed in about 30 seconds.

We bought a couch less than a year ago and noticed a rip along one of the seams. I reached out to Forward Furniture, and they were incredibly helpful in getting the issue resolved.

Is Forward Furniture legit?
Yes. Forward Furniture opened in Kelowna in 2019 and now has three showrooms you can walk into: Kelowna, Calgary and an independently owned franchise store in Edmonton. Our stores have 778 reviews on Google between them, and every order comes with a 3-year warranty and free 5-year in-home protection.
Are the reviews on this page real?

Can I see the furniture before I buy?
Yes. Visit any of our three showrooms. The Olivia cabinet bed, our massage chairs and our sofas are on the floor, so you can open them, sit on them and ask questions.
What warranty do I get?
Furniture comes with a 3-year warranty, or the maker's term if it is longer. The Olivia cabinet bed has a lifetime warranty on the cabinet, and the mattress comes with a manufacturer's warranty. Every order also gets free 5-year in-home protection.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is $49 to $249 depending on your order total, and pickup is free at all three stores. See our shipping policy.
