SL Track
The SL Track in the Serenity and Nirvana models allows the massage rollers to move from your neck down to your buttocks, offering a full body massage experience. You can also switch between various massage modes, including shiatsu, tapping, and more.
The Bliss model is equipped with four massage rollers: two on the neck and two on the lower back.
Adjustable Feet
The Bliss model does not offer a feet extension option. In contrast, the Serenity features a manual feet extension, which provides a few extra inches of space. Meanwhile, the Nirvana includes an automatic feet adjustment that extends the footrest automatically, ensuring optimal comfort for all users by adjusting to the perfect length.
Area Massage
Area massage lets you choose the focus of the rollers. You can pick a single point for targeted relief, a specific area like the lower back, or opt for a full back massage to cover the entire spine.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
All of our massage chairs come pre-assembled in the box. Just remove the box, plug it into any 110v wall socket, and you're good to go!
We do our best to get the chair to you as quickly as possible. We ship within the first 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Depending on your location in Canada, standard shipping typically takes an average of 4 to 10 business days, while express takes 3 to 6.
In most cases, the chair will arrive before that, but we increase our shipping times by a few days to account for any delays.
Once the order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days to receive an email with tracking. If you haven't received any after 3 days, feel free to reach out. The delivery company should call you a day before delivery to provide an estimated time of delivery.
Our 1-Year Warranty covers all manufacturing damage or broken pieces. Luckily, we've spent a lot of time and money improving the product, so it's very rare that any warranty is needed. We ship you the replacement piece for free, along with a video guide on how to replace it step by step.
We've made all the parts easily accessible, and replacing them should only take a few minutes. After the warranty expires, we can still send you the parts; you'll just need to pay for the part, which usually isn't too expensive.
For standard or express shipping, the delivery company does not bring items inside the house or room. With these shipping options, the driver will unload the chair from the truck and bring it to your door.
If you’d like the chair brought inside and placed in your room of choice, we offer inside delivery for $199.
The Bliss chair weighs around 130 lbs in its box, and most people find that two people can carry it inside fairly easily. It also has wheels on the back, so you can remove it from the box and roll it into place if you prefer to bring it inside yourself.
The Bliss massage chair is a perfect fit for anyone from 5'0 to 6'2, with a recommended weight of 100 to 225 lbs.
The Serenity massage chair is also a perfect fit for anyone from 5'0 to 6'3, with a recommended weight of 100 to 245 lbs.
The Nirvana massage chair is a perfect fit for anyone 5'0 to 6'5, with a recommended weight of 100 to 275 lbs.
