Unfortunately, the delivery company doesn't bring items into the house or room. The driver unloads the chair from the truck and brings it to the door.
The Bliss chair weighs around 130 lbs in its box, and usually, two people can carry it fairly easily. Additionally, the chair has wheels on the back, so you can always remove it from the box and roll it. If you need delivery inside your house, feel free to contact us for a quote!
Our 1-Year Warranty covers all manufacturing damage or broken pieces. Luckily, we've spent a lot of time and money improving the product, so it's very rare that any warranty is needed. But if it is, you can take the chair to your nearest store, and one of our experts will fix it for you. If you're not near a store, we can easily ship you the replacement piece for free, along with a video guide on how to replace it step by step.
We've made all the parts easily accessible, and replacing them should only take a few minutes. After the warranty expires, we can still send you the parts or work on the product in our store; you'll just need to pay for the part, which usually isn't too expensive.
The Bliss massage chair is a perfect fit for anyone from 5'0 to 6'2, with a recommended weight of 100 to 225 lbs.
The Zenith massage chair is also a perfect fit for anyone from 5'0 to 6'2, with a recommended weight of 100 to 245 lbs.
All other models fit individuals from 5'0 to 6'5, with a recommended weight of 100 to 275 lbs.
All of our massage chairs come pre-assembled in the box. Just remove the box, plug it into any wall socket, and you're good to go!
We do our best to get the chair to you as quickly as possible. We ship within the first 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Depending on your location in Canada, standard shipping typically takes an average of 9 to 14 business days, while express takes 5 to 9.
In most cases, the chair will arrive before that, but we increase our shipping times by a few days to account for any delays.
Once the order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days to receive an email with tracking. If you haven't received any after 3 days, feel free to reach out. The delivery company should call you a day before delivery to provide an estimated time of delivery.
We currently have three stores located across Canada: one in Kelowna, BC, and locations in Calgary and Edmonton, AB. We also have plans to add more stores within the coming year so more people can try out the chairs in person.
