Yes, it requires assembly — but we've made it very easy to do so. It takes under 10 minutes, and we include both a step-by-step video and paper guide to walk you through it!

We do our best to get the chair to you as quickly as possible. We ship within the first 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Depending on your location in Canada, standard shipping typically takes an average of 4 to 10 business days, while express takes 3 to 6.

In most cases, the sauna will arrive before that, but we increase our shipping times by a few days to account for any delays.

Once the order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days to receive an email with tracking. If you haven't received any after 3 days, feel free to reach out. The delivery company should call you a day before delivery to provide an estimated time of delivery.

Our 1-Year Warranty covers all manufacturing damage or broken pieces. Luckily, we've spent a lot of time and money improving the product, so it's very rare that any warranty is needed. We ship you the replacement piece for free, along with a video guide on how to replace it step by step.

We've made all the parts easily accessible, and replacing them should only take a few minutes. After the warranty expires, we can still send you the parts; you'll just need to pay for the part, which usually isn't too expensive.

For standard or express shipping, the delivery company does not bring items inside the house or room.

If you’d like the sauna brought inside and placed in your room of choice, we offer inside delivery for $199.

The sauna isn’t too heavy and can be brought in by one person, though we recommend two people for easier handling. It’s a straightforward process and doesn’t require any special equipment.

Yes! All of our saunas are cETL certified, which means they’ve been tested and approved by Intertek’s Electrical Testing Laboratories (ETL) to meet strict North American safety standards — including Canada.

They’re also built with low-EMF carbon heaters, designed to minimize electromagnetic field exposure while still delivering powerful, even heat. Safety and peace of mind are top priorities in every unit we offer.

We currently have three stores located across Canada: one in Kelowna, BC, and locations in Calgary and Edmonton, AB. We also have plans to add more stores within the coming year so more people can try out the saunas in person.
