Do you have to assemble the sauna?
Yes, it requires assembly — but we've made it very easy to do so. It takes under 10 minutes, and we include both a step-by-step video and paper guide to walk you through it!
How fast is shipping?
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery across Canada averages 4–10 business days, while express options are about 3–6. Tracking is emailed within 1–3 days of placing your order.
How much electricity does it use?
Not much. Think similar to a refrigerator or washing machine—it only draws power while in use, and once it’s warm it cycles on and off to maintain temperature.
Does it work on a standard outlet?
The one-person model plugs into any normal 110–120V household outlet. The two-person model can run on 120V if the circuit is dedicated and nothing else is plugged in, but for two- and three-person saunas we recommend 220V for the best performance and faster heat-up.

Outdoor barrel saunas run from $4,999.99 for the four to six person Nordic Porch up to $7,499.99 for the six to eight person Aurora Panorama. 0% financing through Flexiti is available on all of them.
What is the difference between an infrared sauna and a barrel sauna?
An infrared sauna heats your body directly with infrared panels at a lower air temperature, plugs into a normal household outlet and lives indoors, so it suits a spare room or home gym. A barrel sauna is a traditional outdoor hot air sauna that seats more people and reaches higher temperatures, and it needs an outdoor spot with a solid base.
Do you deliver saunas across Canada?
Yes. Every sauna ships anywhere in Canada at a flat rate set by your order total, from $49 to $249.
