How much does delivery cost?
Shipped and delivered orders cost $49 to $249 depending on your order total (see the table above). Picking up at one of our three stores is free.
How long will my delivery take?
It depends on the piece. Each product page shows its own delivery estimate. The Olivia cabinet bed is sold on preorder, and its page always shows the current delivery date.

Yes, pickup is free at all three stores. Choose pickup at checkout, or call (236) 763-0673 and we will set it up.
Do you deliver outside these towns?
Yes. We ship furniture across Canada with the same $49 to $249 rates. The towns on this page are the ones served from each of our stores.
Is the Edmonton store part of Forward Furniture?
Edmonton is an independently owned Forward Furniture franchise store. You can pick up online orders there for free, and its own phone is (866) 633-9627.
