The brown Heidi horizontal murphy bed is the perfect space-saving solution for any bedroom, guest room, or office. You can free up space in your room when the bed is not in use. Unlike a vertical wall bed, a horizontal wall bed does not require as much vertical clearance in your room. The completely safe and secure pistons on both sides of the cabinet allow for easy-to-operate opening and closing. Simply pull the handle to lower the bed frame and flip the legs down onto the floor to open. Your mattress will be securely strapped to the bed frame. In the Murphy beds canada collection.

Twin does not need to be attached to the wall however the double and queen it is recommended to attach to wall.

Unfortunately, the delivery company doesn't bring items into the house or room. The driver unloads the chair from the truck and brings it to the door.
The Heidi comes in a couple box's, and usually, two people can carry it fairly easily. If you need delivery inside your house, feel free to contact us for a quote!
Our 1-Year Warranty covers all manufacturing damage or broken pieces. Luckily, we've spent a lot of time and money improving the product, so it's very rare that any warranty is needed. But if it is, you can take the chair to your nearest store, and one of our experts will fix it for you. If you're not near a store, we can easily ship you the replacement piece for free, along with a video guide on how to replace it step by step.
We've made all the parts easily accessible, and replacing them should only take a few minutes. After the warranty expires, we can still send you the parts or work on the product in our store; you'll just need to pay for the part, which usually isn't too expensive.
Yes, this product does require some assembly, but it’s designed to be quick and easy. With clear instructions and minimal tools needed, you can have it set up and ready to use in no time.
We do our best to get the chair to you as quickly as possible. We ship within the first 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Depending on your location in Canada, standard shipping typically takes an average of 9 to 14 business days, while express takes 5 to 9.
In most cases, the chair will arrive before that, but we increase our shipping times by a few days to account for any delays.
Once the order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days to receive an email with tracking. If you haven't received any after 3 days, feel free to reach out. The delivery company should call you a day before delivery to provide an estimated time of delivery.
