Unfortunately, the delivery company doesn't bring items into the house or room. The driver unloads the bed from the truck and brings it to the door.
Usually, two people can carry it fairly easily. If you need delivery inside your house, feel free to contact us for a quote!
Our 3-Year Warranty covers all manufacturing damage or broken pieces. Luckily, we've spent a lot of time and money improving the product, so it's very rare that any warranty is needed. But if it is, you can take the bed to your nearest store, and one of our experts will fix it for you. If you're not near a store, we can easily ship you the replacement piece for free, along with a video guide on how to replace it step by step.
We've made all the parts easily accessible, and replacing them should only take a few minutes. After the warranty expires, we can still send you the parts or work on the product in our store; you'll just need to pay for the part, which usually isn't too expensive.
No, this bed comes pre-assembled, requiring just a few finishing touches to have it ready for use!
We do our best to get the bed to you as quickly as possible. We ship within the first 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Depending on your location in Canada, standard shipping typically takes an average of 9 to 14 business days, while express takes 5 to 9.
Sometimtes these beds can be back-ordered and if this is the case we will reach out too you.
Once the order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days to receive an email with tracking. If you haven't received any after 3 days, feel free to reach out. The delivery company should call you a day before delivery to provide an estimated time of delivery.
The reccomended weight capacity is under 500 lbs
The solid design of the cabinet bed would allow you to have even more weight on the bed if needed. However, with a 500-pound capacity you will be able to sleep two large adults or one exceptionally large adult.
Unfortunately, this bed has been designed to fit the included 6-inch mattress snugly into the cabinet when closed. You can use another mattress; however, it will not fit inside the cabinet bed when closed.
