How does the 3-Year Warranty work?
Our 3-Year Warranty covers all manufacturing damage or broken pieces. We've spent a lot of time and money improving the product, so it's very rare that any warranty is needed. But if it is, you can take the bed to your nearest store and one of our experts will fix it for you. If you're not near a store, we can easily ship you the replacement piece for free, along with a video guide on how to replace it step by step.
Do you have to assemble it?
Yes you do. The cabinet bed includes an easy-to-follow instruction guide, available in both paper and video formats. Most customers set it up in under an hour.
What's the max weight?
The recommended weight capacity is under 500 lbs. The solid design of the cabinet bed would allow you to have even more weight on the bed if needed. However, with a 500-pound capacity you will be able to sleep two large adults or one exceptionally large adult.
Can I use a different mattress?
Unfortunately, this bed has been designed to fit the included 6-inch mattress snugly into the cabinet when closed. You can use another mattress; however, it will not fit inside the cabinet bed when closed.
Does it require drilling into my walls?
No — the Olivia is completely freestanding. Unlike traditional Murphy beds, it doesn't attach to your wall in any way. There's zero drilling, zero holes, and zero wall damage. Perfect for renters or anyone who wants the flexibility to move it to a different room or home.
What are the dimensions?
When closed (cabinet mode): 62.5" wide × 24" deep × 40" tall — about the size of a dresser. When open (bed mode): 62.5" wide × 83" long × 40" tall. The mattress height when folded out is 12 inches. It fits through standard doorways and hallways.
How long does shipping take?
In-stock colours typically ship within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location across Canada but most customers receive their cabinet bed within 1-2 weeks of ordering.

A great addition to our rec room for additional sleeping arrangements. Beautiful wood, a great looking piece of furniture . It took several hours for my husband to put it together on his own as it comes all in pieces, but the instructions need to be followed carefully. A How-To video would have been helpful. Once assembled it opens up quickly for a decent queen bed. The thick foam mattress will be ok I think. It took a few hours for it to expand from its vacuum sealed wrap.

Quick shipping. Customer support got back to me quickly when I had a query. The quality is very good and I’m very happy with it. My guest has slept on it a few nights and finds it comfortable. You definitely need a drill if you want to speed up assembly. It took 2 hours to assemble the first half without a drill and 1 hour for the second half with a drill. Instructions were sometimes confusing but we eventually figured them out. Overall would definitely recommend the bed.

From start to finish, getting the 4 boxes up to my apartment from curbside (with the help of 3 neighbours and 2 dollies), opening and unpacking the boxes, and laying out the pieces (by myself), to assembling the whole thing (with the help of a handyman neighbour), to making it up took a total of 6 hours, not the half hour to one hour that Forward Furniture suggested! Anyway, even though it was a lot of work, I like it and I find it comfortable. Hope my guests will too 😊. I do think we got the 3 prioritize hinges installed backwards because the hinges shouldn’t be showing at the top of the cabinet. I will fix that another day, lol. Thank you, now that I have it and it is all assembled, I am pleased with the Olivia Cabinet Bed. For future reference though, it should be made clear on the website when people are ordering that there is an option for ’in home’ delivery. When I ordered, the only options that showed were ’standard curbside delivery’ and ’expedited + insured curbside delivery’!

Bed is well built. No press board with this unit. Installation paperwork a bid confussing around the instalation of the push/pull hardware (bottom drawer). Used the installation vidio to confirm the correct install. My one concern is with the furniture cams. Just a bit to much tork and they break. Craked 3 before I got it right. They are easly obtained through amazon so replacement was not an issue. Mattress is thicker than expected but have not had a chance to sleep on it yet. The unit aligned nicely ( good building tolerance) and when closed up looks great in the roon which is my office first a spare bed second. I believe we received good value for money spent.

The Olivia Queen Cabinet Bed is a lovely piece of useful furniture that elegantly converts a room into a bedroom. Because we needed it for our soon to arrive guests we were anxious for a time while we waited for its arrival but it came in the nick of time. Outside of a lengthy period of time to assemble the bed we are very pleased with the results. Our guests were impressed with the set up and reported a comfortable sleep on the mattress that was included. This item is competitively priced and is a solid piece that compliments your home’s environment. To be clear, you will need 2 people to move in the pieces and assemble in your residence. We only had one issue and that is one of a misaligned drilled preset in the end table pull out which isn’t allowing the table to close in complete flush with the bed. That is my only reason for giving this rating a 4 star rather than a 5.
