• Prize: One (1) Bliss Pro Premium Heated Leather Full Body Massage Chair (approx. retail value $1,499 CAD). Prize is as-awarded, non-transferable, and has no cash alternative.
• Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Alberta, Canada who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Forward Furniture and their immediate families are not eligible.
• Entry period: July 2, 2026 – July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM MT.
• How to enter: Submit your email address through the giveaway signup on forwardfurniture.ca (1 ballot), and/or visit the Forward Furniture Calgary showroom (6125 12 St SE #2, Calgary) to claim 2 bonus ballots. Limit one online entry and one in-store bonus claim per person. No purchase required for either method.
• Draw: One winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible ballots on or about August 1, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible ballots received.
• Winner notification: The winner will be contacted by email and must respond within 7 days and correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question to claim the prize, or an alternate winner may be drawn.
• Prize pickup/delivery: Prize may be picked up at the Calgary showroom; delivery within the Calgary area may be arranged at Forward Furniture's discretion.
• Privacy: By entering, you consent to receive marketing emails from Forward Furniture. You can unsubscribe at any time; unsubscribing does not affect your entry.
