Questions

Student discount FAQ

Call us on (236) 763-0673 if anything is unclear.

Who qualifies?
Anyone currently enrolled at a college, university, polytechnic or institute in Canada, full time or part time. Online you verify with your school email; in store you show a student ID for this term.
Is anything excluded?
Cabinet beds and murphy beds are not included, and the discount doesn't apply to delivery or taxes. Everything else counts, including sale items, massage chairs and saunas.
Does it work with other codes or sale prices?
It comes off the price you see, sale and Warehouse Sale prices included. Codes are single use and good for 60 days. Only one code works per order, so it doesn't stack with another code.
My school email didn't work. What now?
Some schools use a different address for students. Email info@forwardfurniture.ca with your school name and proof of enrolment and we'll sort it out, or bring your student ID to one of our stores.
Do I have to pay for delivery?
Pickup is free at all three stores. Shipping is $49 to $249 depending on your order total. The student discount doesn't apply to delivery charges.
